This project involved the installation of a hydrotherapy system at Sukhumvit Hospital, where Interpool Spa developed a prefabricated fiberglass pool designed to support hydrotherapy and structured physical recovery within a medical environment. The hospital is located on Sukhumvit Road near BTS Ekkamai, placing the project within a dense urban building context with clear site constraints.
One of the main challenges was lifting the prefabricated pool to the 9th floor, approximately 40 meters above ground, using a crane. The installation had to be carried out within a restricted working area and required a 55-person team to complete the process with precision and safety.
Coordination of a 55-person team, and execution within a live medical facility where safety and precision were non-negotiable at every step.
The Challenge
Installing a prefabricated fiberglass pool on the 9th floor of a functioning hospital — approximately 40 meters above a dense urban street — required a crane operation in severely restricted conditions, coordination of a 55-person team, and execution within a live medical facility where safety and precision were non-negotiable at every step.
The Result
A fully operational hospital hydrotherapy pool delivered on the 9th floor without incident — one of Interpool Spa’s most logistically complex installations, and a clear proof point that the company can execute technical, high-stakes projects in conditions that most contractors would not attempt.
