Prices vary with size, materials, chilling capacity, and site conditions. A typical custom-built concrete cold plunge with full chilling and filtration starts in the mid-six-figures THB range; a high-spec build with architectural finishes and integrated sauna can go well beyond. We quote clearly after a site visit — no guessing, no bait-and-switch.
Most standalone saunas take 3–6 weeks from design sign-off. Cold plunge pools with full chilling and filtration run 6–10 weeks depending on size and whether we’re retrofitting an existing space or starting from bare structure. Larger combined wellness builds typically run 2–4 months.
Yes — but we handle all of it. Saunas need dedicated circuits and proper venting. Cold plunges need filtration, UV or ozone treatment, a chiller, and drainage. We design and install the full mechanical and electrical package and coordinate any required permits.
Absolutely. A large share of our Chiang Mai work is retrofitting existing villas, townhouses, and condo terraces. We survey the space, confirm what’s structurally possible, and build around your existing layout rather than forcing a gut renovation.
