Getting Started
Tell us a bit about your space and what you are hoping to build, and we send back a clear proposal with a price range, a timeline, and the next steps. No long forms, no waiting weeks. Most clients have a proposal in their hands within a few days of first reaching out.
Not at all. A lot of our clients start with just a feeling: they want a sauna at home, or a small onsen for the family, or a spa area for a hotel. We help you shape the idea from there. Bring us a dream, a photo, or a rough sketch and we will take it from there.
More than 20 years. We started with pools and grew into full wellness water features, because that is what our clients kept asking for. Two decades in, this is all we do, and we know how to get it right the first time.
We have built wellness spaces for some of the most respected hotels, resorts, wellness brands, and private homes in Thailand. Many projects are under NDAs, but on a call or site visit we are happy to walk you through the work and show you what fits your vision.
Yes, the first site visit is on us. A member of our team comes to your home, hotel, or project site to measure the space, check the ground and plumbing, and talk through what you want. You leave the meeting with a clearer picture and we leave with everything we need to refine your proposal.
The instant proposal gives you a real working range based on the size, features, and finish you choose. Once we visit the site and confirm the details, we lock in a final price. In most cases the final number lands inside the range you first saw.
Yes. We work across Thailand, from Bangkok and the nearby provinces to Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phuket, Hua Hin, Koh Samui, and beyond. If your site is outside Bangkok, just let us know and we will arrange the visit and logistics.
We keep it simple. First we listen. Then we measure and study the space. Then we come back with a design, a layout, and a material selection that fits your style and your budget. You give feedback, we adjust, and once you are happy we move into the build.
The first site visit and the instant proposal are free. If the project is large or needs a full custom design, we may agree on a design fee up front, and that fee is credited back to you when you move forward with the build.
During Your Project
A small home sauna or steam room can be ready in a few weeks. A custom onsen or hydrotherapy pool for a home or hotel usually takes a couple of months, depending on size and finish. We give you a clear timeline in the proposal, and we stick to it.
You will have a project lead who is your main contact from day one. A small team of our trained installers and specialists handles the work. You do not need to be home every day. We schedule the noisy and messy parts around your life and keep you updated with photos and short reports.
We try to keep disruption as low as possible. For most projects the work stays in one part of the home, we protect floors and walls, and we clean up at the end of each day. If the work touches plumbing or electricity, we plan shutdowns in advance so you are never caught off guard.
No. Payments are staged. A deposit confirms the project, then we follow a clear schedule tied to key steps such as delivery, installation, and final handover. You only pay for each stage once it is done.
Small changes are normal and we are used to them. Just tell your project lead as early as you can. We will show you what is possible, what it will cost, and how it affects the timeline, so you can decide with full information.
On handover day we walk you through your new wellness space step by step. We show you how to turn it on and off, how to keep it clean, and what to do if something ever feels off. You get a simple care guide and a direct line to our service team.
After Handover & Ongoing Care
Every project comes with a full warranty on our work and the equipment we install. The exact terms depend on the features you choose, and we explain them clearly in your proposal so there are no surprises later.
Yes. We offer service plans to keep your sauna, steam room, onsen, or pool running at its best. Regular care protects the equipment and the finish, and it keeps your wellness space feeling new for years.
Day to day care is simple. A quick wipe down, basic water checks, and a light clean are usually all you need. We show you exactly what to do on handover day, and we are always a message away if you have a question.
You can contact us directly. Our service team responds quickly, and for anything under warranty the repair is on us. For everything else we give you a clear price before we start work, so you always know what to expect.
Yes. Many of our clients start with one feature, such as a sauna, and later add a steam room, an onsen, or a hydrotherapy pool. Because we built the first part, we know the space well and it is easy to plan the next step.
Yes, often. We love working alongside architects, interior designers, and main contractors. We join the project early, share technical details, and fit into the overall plan so the wellness area feels like a natural part of the home or hotel.
