Himalayan Salt Sauna with Ice Fountain and Rain Shower for a Luxury Hotel Wellness Experience.
This project is one of the works Interpool Spa is proud to present, featuring a sauna room designed for the service area of Anantara Hotel. One of the key highlights of this project is the use of Himalayan salt within the sauna space, adding a distinctive visual character, a warm atmosphere, and a more elevated sense of luxury to the overall design.
The project includes a medium-sized sauna room, complemented by an Ice Fountain and Rain Shower to complete the post-sauna experience. Together, these elements create a smooth transition between heat, cold, and refreshment, offering guests a more immersive wellness journey within a single space.
More than simply creating a sauna room, this project was designed as a complete wellness experience for a luxury hotel environment, where functionality, atmosphere, and refined detailing come together in a memorable way.
The Challenge
The challenge was designing a hotel sauna room that justified Anantara’s luxury positioning — moving well beyond a standard cedar-and-rock setup to deliver something genuinely memorable, while still fitting within the practical space and operational requirements of a hotel service area.
The Result
A Himalayan salt sauna with Ice Fountain and Rain Shower that creates a complete heat-cold-refresh circuit in one space — giving Anantara guests an immersive, distinctly premium wellness moment that reinforces the brand’s commitment to refined hospitality.
